We were fortunate to find this incredible place during our city break. the view of the sea and the city was absolutely breathtaking, and the beautiful garden added to the charm. the owner, Gianfranco, was a delightful and helpful person who was always in a good mood. the proximity of the hotel to Livorno, Pisa, and Florence made it a convenient location for exploring the cities. we loved Gianfranco's friendly dog.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the parking options were limited, although we were always able to find a nice spot.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming B&B in a serene Tuscan village. the owners of the B&B Villa Panicucci were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even welcomed my dog, which was a big bonus for me. the old-fashioned furniture in the villa added to its charm, and the views of the Mediterranean from the top window were absolutely breathtaking. I especially enjoyed the peacefulness of the location and the beautiful gardens surrounding the property. the owners also provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants, and I found a fantastic one just a short walk away. it was a magical and romantic experience. Cons: Don't have any issues at all. 🌟.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B with a beautiful garden and sea view. the hosts, Jean-Franco and Elisabetha, were incredibly attentive and made us feel truly cared for. Every little detail was taken care of, from the prepared breakfast in the room to the real coffee machine. We even shared a romantic dinner in the garden with a stunning sunset. the rooms were spacious, well-designed, and offered a peaceful atmosphere. it was a memorable experience and we can't wait to come back. We will miss our angelic hosts!
Could not be improved in any way. 😊.
